Prospects for mass development and integration of biodegradable packaging in large food retailers of Russia: A case study of Auchan Holding

Abstract

В магистерской работе рассмотрены размеры и темпы роста производства и потребления биоразлагаемых упаковок в мире. Выслеживается ценовая политическая деятельность и последующие тенденции становления рынка биоразлагаемых полимеров. Проведен обзор законодательной базы и возможности государственной поддержки биоразлагаемой упаковки, для широкого использования ее в крупных продуктовых ретейлерах России. Аргументированы пути становления производства биоразлагаемых упаковок в РФ, а также необходимость законодательной и гос. помощи при ее изготовлении и внедрении.

In this paper, we consider the size and growth rates of production and consumption of biodegradable packagings in the world. The price political activity and the subsequent tendencies of formation of the market of biodegradable polymers are traced. The review of the legislative base and the possibility of state support of producers of biodegradable packaging in various countries of the world, including Russia. The ways of formation of biodegradable packaging in the Russian Federation are argued, as well as the need for legislative and state assistance in the manufacture and wide implementation.
