Актуальность исследования обусловлена, прежде всего, увеличением числа терактов, организованных по примеру катастрофы в Ницце 14 июля 2016 года. С появлением нового типа террористических актов, появляется и новый способ освещения данных катастроф: из-за недостатка информации, невозможности зафиксировать сам теракт, СМИ переходят от политики «наглядности» к тенденции недоговоренности. Нехватка визуальной информации приводит к изобилию фактических данных об организации атаки, что провоцирует новые нападения. Объектом исследования стало освещение средствами массовой информации мировых террористических актов. Предметом настоящей работы были выбраны изменившиеся способы освещения автомобильных террористических актов средствами массовой информации. Цель данного исследования заключается в определении новых способов освещения террористических актов, а также установлении зависимости между освещением терактов СМИ и увеличением числа терактов, осуществляемых по «новой» модели. Задачи научно-исследовательской работы: 1) рассмотреть содержание ключевых понятий «террористический акт», «терроризм» и «террор»; 2) изучить нынешнюю нормативно-правовую базу, а также различные этические кодексы, регламентирующие работу журналистов в условиях чрезвычайных ситуаций (в том числе, и террористических атак); 3) выявить новые приемы СМИ в освещении автомобильных терактов; 4) проанализировать и систематизировать полученную информацию, сделать выводы о приемах и методах освещения терактов в телеэфире. Теоретической базой настоящей курсовой работы послужили исследования природы этнорелигиозного терроризма Ю. М. Антоняна, Б. Хоффмана и А. В. Возженникова, А. Куликова, В. В. Шпараевой; исследования о роли и способах средств массовой информации в освещении терактов С. Н. Ильченко и Н. А. Чернядьевой, исследования в области новых медиа В. А. Бейненсон; исследования о манипуляции сознанием С. Г, Кара-Мурзы. Эмпирической базой послужили записи эфиров новостных передач таких российских телеканалов, как «Россия-1», «Первый канал», «НТВ», «Пятый канал», а также французские телеканалы «Le Monde», «France info», «TV5Monde». Методы исследования представляют собой такие общенаучные методы, как анализ, синтез, аналогия, гипотетический и исторический методы. К эмпирическим методам относится качественный контент-анализ. Хронологические рамки исследования: сентябрь 2017 г. – май 2018 г. Структура работы: введение, три главы, заключение, список литературы и приложения. Первая глава представляет собой обзор теоретических аспектов феномена террористического акта, эволюции его методов и приемов, а также способов его освещения в СМИ. Вторая глава посвящена теракту 14 июля 2016 года в Ницце, как катастрофе, положившей начало новому, наиболее опасному в своей простоте, типу террористических актов. Третья глава включает в себя анализ последствий освещения СМИ теракта в Ницце, а также систематизацию новых способов освещения последующих террористических актов. Заключение представляет собой изложение результатов работы: подводятся основные итоги проведенного исследования и формулируются полученные выводы. Список литературы включает 60 наименований.

The relevance of the study is due, above all, to the increase in the number of terrorist attacks organized following the example of the disaster in Nice on July 14, 2016. With the advent of a new type of terrorist acts, a new way of reporting these disasters also appears: due to lack of information, the impossibility of recording the terrorist act itself, the media are moving from a policy of "visibility" to a tendency of non-negotiation. The lack of visual information leads to an abundance of factual data about the organization of the attack, which provokes new attacks. The object of the study was the coverage by the media of world terrorist acts. The subject of this work was chosen by the changed ways of covering automobile terrorist acts by the mass media. The purpose of this study is to identify new ways to cover terrorist acts, as well as to establish a relationship between the coverage of terrorist attacks and the increase in the number of terrorist attacks carried out under the "new" model. Tasks of research work: 1) consider the content of the key concepts of "terrorist act", "terrorism" and "terror"; 2) examine the current legal framework, as well as various ethical codes governing the work of journalists in emergencies (including terrorist attacks); 3) to reveal new methods of mass media in the coverage of automobile terrorist acts; 4) analyze and systematize the information received, draw conclusions about methods and techniques for covering terrorist attacks on television. The theoretical basis of this course work was the study of the nature of ethnoreligious terrorism by Yu. M. Antonian, B. Hoffman and A. V. Vozzhennikov, A. Kulikov, V. V. Shparaeva; research on the role and methods of the media in covering the terrorist attacks of SN Ilchenko and NA Chernyad'eva, research in the field of new media VA Beinenson; research on the manipulation of the consciousness of S. G, Kara-Murza. The empirical base was the recording of newscasts of news programs of Russian TV channels, such as Russia-1, Channel One, NTV, Channel Five, and French TV channels Le Monde, France info, TV5Monde. Research methods are such general scientific methods as analysis, synthesis, analogy, hypothetical and historical methods. Empirical methods include qualitative content analysis. Chronological framework of the study: September 2017 - May 2018. Structure of the work: introduction, three chapters, conclusion, references and annexes. The first chapter is a review of the theoretical aspects of the phenomenon of the terrorist act, the evolution of its methods and techniques, as well as the ways it is covered in the media. The second chapter is devoted to the terrorist act of July 14, 2016 in Nice, as a disaster that laid the foundation for a new type of terrorist acts, the most dangerous in its simplicity. The third chapter includes an analysis of the consequences of media coverage of the terrorist attack in Nice, as well as the systematization of new ways of covering subsequent terrorist acts. The conclusion is an exposition of the results of the work: the main results of the research are summarized and the conclusions are formulated. References include 60 titles.
