Abstract

Данная выпускная квалификационная работа содержит исследование финансового контроллинга и применения его инструментов при анализе проекта по расширению ассортимента ООО "М. Руском". На основе материалов литературных источников, периодической печати, аналитических отчетов, а также на основе проведенного анализа интересующего компанию рыночного сегмента автор работы описал влияние проекта на деятельность компании и предложил пути для дальнейшего развития в изученном направлении. Задачи, стоявшие перед автором, обусловили структуру и логику работы. Работа состоит из двух глав. В первой главе описаны теоретические, организационные, технические и инструментальные аспекты системы финансового контроллинга: связь понятий "контроллинг" и "управленческий учет", контроллинг в сфере финансового менеджмента, его цели и задачи, процесс организации системы контроллинга на предприятии, а также инструменты, применяемые в рамках финансового контроллинга на оперативном и стратегическом уровнях. Во второй главе описаны деятельность ООО "М. Руском" и новый для компании рынок, проанализирован проект по расширению ассортимента с точки зрения его влияния на рыночное и финансовое положение компании, составлен мастер-бюджет проекта, проанализированы риски реализации проекта, даны рекомендации по дальнейшим действиям. Выпускная квалификационная работа выполнена на 59 страницах, включает 2 приложения, 12 (13) таблиц, 6 (8) рисунков. Список использованной литературы включает 38 источников.

This graduation qualification paper contains the research on financial controlling and on how the instruments of financial controlling could be used in the assessment of the product range extension at OOO "M. Ruscom". The author has described the impact of the project on company's operations, and proposed the ways of further inquiries in the field. The work is based on professional literature, periodical papers, analytical reports and author's own study of the market segment of interest. The goals of the paper have determined the structure of the paper. The paper consists of two chapters. Thw first chapter contains theoretical, organizational, technical and instrumental aspects of the system of financial controlling: the link between the terms "controlling" and "managerial accounting", controlling in the field of financial management, its aims and goals, the process of organizational implementation of the system of controlling at the enterprise, and the instruments of financial controlling that are applied at the operational and strategic levels of management are described. The second chapter contains the description of the operations of OOO "M. Ruscom" and of the new market for the company. The project of the company's product range extension has been analyzed, with the focus on its influence on the market and financial positions of the company. The master budget of the project has been prepared. The risks of project implementation have been analyzed as well, and the recommendations for further inquiries have been given. There are 59 pages, 2 appendices, 12 (13) tables, 6 (8) figures in the graduation paper. The reference list includes 38 sources.
