BI application development for a company's business process management

Цель дипломной работы – это разработка BI-приложения для поддержки управления бизнес-процессом компании. Объектом исследования является управление бизнес-процессами компании. Предметом исследования является комплекс мероприятий по разработке BI-приложения для повышения эффективности управления бизнес-процессом компании. Дипломная работа состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения и списка использованной литературы. В первом разделе выпускной квалификационной работы были рассмотрены теоретические аспекты применения BI-технологии в бизнесе: детерминировано место BI-систем как средства поддержки принятия управленческих решения для управления бизнес-процессом компании, определен круг задач, который решают BI-системы, приведены примеры инструментов BI, видов данных, используемых в BI, перспективы и тенденции развития BI-системах для потребностей бизнеса. Также был проведен обзор BI-систем, в результате которого был выбран продукт шведской компании QlikView. Во второй главе дипломной работы было проведено поэтапное проектирование BI-приложения для анализа движения нефтепродуктов в субъектах РФ, итогом которого стал механизм регулярной загрузки очищенных и связанных между собой данных. В третьей главе приведено описание приложения для анализа и движения нефтепродуктов и его аналитических возможностей, также приведены методы экономической оценки IT-решений и обоснована экономическая эффективность внедрения данного приложения. Соответствующие расчеты показали целесообразность внедрения рассматриваемого BI-приложения.

The purpose of the degree project is the development of BI application to support the management of the company’s business process. The object of the study is the management of the company’s business processes. The subject of the study is a set of activities to develop a BI application to improve the efficiency of managing the company’s business process. The degree project consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion and a list of used literature. In the first chapter of the degree project theoretical aspects of the application of BI-technology in business were considered: the place of BI-systems as a means of supporting management decision-making for the management of the company’s business process was determined; the range of tasks that BI-systems solve, examples of BI tools, types of data used in BI, prospects and development trends of BI-systems for business needs. Also, a review of BI-systems was conducted, as a result of which the product of the Swedish company QlikView was selected. In the second chapter of the degree project, a step-by-step design of a BI application for analyzing the movement of petroleum products in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation was carried out. The result of this was the mechanism for the regular loading of clean and interconnected data. The third chapter describes the application for the analysis and movement of petroleum products and their analytical capabilities, also provides methods for the economic evaluation of IT solutions and justifies the cost-effectiveness of implementing this application. The calculations showed the feasibility of implementing the BI application in question.
