Abstract

В современных экономических реалиях возрастает роль предпринимательства, расширяются пути его финансирования, преображаются методы ведения предпринимательства, растет роль бизнес-плана. Бизнес-план, являющийся разработкой стратегии фирмы, связывающий все сферы предприятия, является основополагающим документом бизнес-планирования предприятия. Он включает в себя маркетинговые анализы, описание команды инновационного проекта, расчеты связанные с финансами предприятия и эффективностью инноваций. Однако бизнес-план может применяться не только для инновационных проектов. Бизнес-план может быть составлен для предприятий, действующих на рынке для понимания их позиции на рынке определении их сбытовых и производственных возможностей определении стратегии предприятия. Новизна и актуальность тематики заключается в том, что в России бизнес-план лишь недавно получил широкое применение. Кроме того, сам бизнес-план может быть неправильно составлен, в нем могут отсутствовать важные элементы, что ведет к негативному результату. Цель работы состоит в изучении системы методов бизнес-планирования на предприятии и разработки бизнес-плана инновационного проекта. Для достижения данных целей необходимо: определить понятие инноваций, инновационного проекта; дать понятие бизнес-плану, его содержанию и целям; определить составляющие бизнес-плана, его структуру; выявить инструменты и методы, используемые в составляющих бизнес-плана; дать рекомендации к общему оформлению бизнес-плана.

A business plan can also be compiled for enterprises operating in the market to understand their position in the market, determine their marketing and production capabilities and determine the strategy of the enterprise.The novelty and topicality of the subject matter lies in the fact that in Russia the business plan has only recently been widely used. In addition, the business plan itself can be incorrectly compiled, it may lack important elements, which leads to a negative result. The aim of the work is to study the system of business planning methods in the enterprise and to develop a business plan for an innovative project. To achieve these goals we must: define the concept of innovation, innovation project; to give the concept of a business plan, its content and goals; identify the components of the business plan, its structure; identify the tools and methods used in the components of the business plan; give recommendations for the overall design of the business plan.
