Abstract

Выпускная квалификационная работа затрагивает актуальную тему оценки качества стоматологических ортопедических несъемных конструкций. Целью исследования явилась оценка эффективности применения клинико-рентгенологического исследования зубов, покрытых искусственными коронками, как средства профилактики и планирования устранения возможных осложнений в отдаленные сроки после протезирования зубов. Подтверждена необходимость регулярных профилактических осмотров с исследованием диагностических внутриротовых контактных рентгенограмм и проведения профессиональной гигиены полости рта пациентов, имеющих несъемные ортопедические конструкции.

Graduation qualification work touches on the actual topic of assessing the quality of dental orthopedic fixed structures. The purpose of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness of clinical and radiological examination of teeth covered with artificial crowns as a means of preventing and planning the elimination of possible complications in the long term after dental prosthetics. The necessity of regular preventive examinations with the study of diagnostic intraoral contact radiographs and the professional hygiene of the oral cavity of patients with permanent orthopedic structures was confirmed.
