Актуальность темы и выбор объекта для разработки обусловлены: • Наличием большой не используемой и не благоустроенной территории в центре города • Дефицитом общественных пространств в Адмиралтейском районе г. Санкт-Петербурга • Необходимостью поиска путей сохранения и поддержания жизнедеятельности завода • Необходимостью сохранения исторический объектов данной территории, как памятников промышленной архитектуры 1860-х гг. 2. Цель работы: • Благоустройство промышленного комплекса и формирование привлекательной городской среды • Построение композиции проекта на основе максимального сохранения существующей застройки 1860-х гг. • Выделение функциональных зон с учетом потребностей жилого района • Масштабное озеленение территории 3. Задачи работы: • Благоустройство парковой зоны • Функциональное наполнение исторической территории завода • Создание привлекательной городской среды для всех групп населения • Разработка дизайна интерьеров выставочной галереи на территории промышленного комплекса 4. Краткое описание работы: Адаптация фрагмента промышленных объектов завода «Красный треугольник» путем создания многофункциональной общественно деловой зоны. Организация парка, развитие тропиночной сети, функциональное зонирование территории исходя из нужд жителей района. Реорганизация большепролетного здания на территории завода в выставочную галерею, создание единой композиции между внутренним и внешним пространствами путем панорамного остекления с применения современных технологий. 4.1 Изученный материал и структура пояснительной записки При работе над проектом были изучены учебные пособия по приспособлению промышленных помещений. Аналоги мировой и отечественной практики реорганизаций промзон, современные технологии демонстрации выставочного материала, а также материалы по дизайну выставочного пространства. Структура пояснительной записки состоит из введения, трех глав основной части и заключения. Первая глава посвящена анализу истории формирования и становления завода «Красный треугольник»; вторая глава представляет собой анализ отечественного и мирового опыта реорганизации промышленных зон, третья глава посвящена непосредственно проектному предложению. 4.2 Разработанные проектные предложения В дипломном проекте предлагается создать единый многофункциональный комплекс, который может стать центром притяжения для жителей всего города, а также для его гостей. Для посетителей станет привлекательной благоустроенная территория завода с открытыми кафе, водоемами, спортивными площадками на фоне красных кирпичных фасадов зданий давно ушедшей эпохи. Гармонично спланированные зеленые зоны станут местом отдыха и прогулок в любое время года. Заброшенные и покинутые здания завода получат новую жизнь и новую функцию, их двери откроются для посетителей всех возрастов. Большепролетные территории складов наполнятся светом и станут пристанищем для музейных и художественных экспозиций. Их огромные окна впустят ландшафтные решения в интерьер, тем самым создавая единую композицию. 4.3 Краткое описание методик технологий и программного обеспечения, использованного при подготовке ВДП: Проектная часть работы выполнена на основе 3D модели, созданной в Autodesk Revit 2017 и 3ds Studio Max 2015, чертежи выполнены в AutoCAD 2017, пояснительная записка создана в программе Microsoft Word, видеоматериалы и визуализация созданы в программе Lumion 8.

Relevance of the Topic and Location Selected Depend on the Following * The large underused and poorly-serviced territory in the city center * Deficiency of public spaces in the Admiralteysky Municipal District of St. Petersburg * The need to find ways to preserve and maintain the plant operations * The need to preserve the historical sites of this territory, as monuments of industrial architecture of the 1860s. 2. Outline Adaptation of a compound of industrial objects of the “Red Triangle” plant by creating a multifunctional social and business zone. The organization of the park, the development of the footpath network, the functional zoning of the territory based on the needs of the residents of the area. Reorganization of the large-span building on the territory of the plant to the exhibition gallery, creation of a unified composition between the internal and external spaces through panoramic glazing using modern technologies. 4.1 The material Studied and the Structure of the Explanatory Note When working on the project, study guides on the adaptation of industrial premises were studied. Analogues of the world and domestic practice of industrial zone reorganization, modern technologies of demonstration of exhibition material, as well as materials on the design of exhibition space. The structure of the explanatory note consists of an introduction, three chapters of the main part and conclusion. The first chapter is devoted to the analysis of the history of the creation and development of the “Red Triangle” plant; the second chapter is an analysis of domestic and world experience in the reorganization of industrial zones, and the third chapter is devoted directly to the project proposal. 4.2 Project Proposal Developed In is proposed in the thesis to create a single multifunctional complex, which can become a center of attraction for residents of the whole city, as well as for its guests. A comfortable territory of the plant with open cafes, waters, sports grounds against the red brick facades of the buildings of the long-gone era will become attractive for visitors. Harmoniously planned green areas will become a place for recreation and walks at any time of the year. Abandoned factory buildings will receive a new life and a new function, their doors will open to visitors of all ages. The large-span territories of warehouses will be filled with light and will become a haven for museum and art exhibitions. Their huge windows will let landscape solutions into the interior, thereby creating a single composition. 4.3 Brief description of technology and software techniques used The project part of the thesis has been based on the 3D model created in Autodesk Revit 2017 and 3ds Studio Max 2015, the blueprints have been produced in AutoCAD 2017, an explanatory note have been drafted in the Microsoft Word, video materials and visualization have been created in the program Lumion 8.
