В современной России очень остро стоит вопрос собственной религиозной идентичности. После длительной религиозной изоляции в XX веке, появившаяся в 90-е годы свобода религиозного выбора побуждает выбирать что-то, что ранее было доступно лишь в ограниченных масштабах. Цель работы – анализ причин появления различных религиозных групп, выявление их существенных характеристик и особенностей в России в 90-е годы. Основные задачи: - сравнить исторический и социальный контекст для выявления отношения к другим религиозным группам; - рассмотрение феномена возникновения большого числа религиозных групп, появившихся в 90-е годы в России и причин их популярности; - анализ отношений РПЦ и религиозных групп, появившихся на территории России в 90-е годы.

Religious choice encourages us to choose something that was previously available only on a limited scale. The purpose of the work is to analyze the reasons for the appearance of various religious groups, to identify their significant characteristics and characteristics in Russia in the 1990s. Main goals: - compare the historical and social context to identify position on various religious groups; - consideration of the phenomenon of the emergence of a large number of religious groups that appeared in the 90s in Russia and the reasons for their popularity; - An analysis of the relationship of the ROC and religious groups that appeared on the territory of Russia in the 90s.
