Abstract

Цель исследования: изучение правовых аспектов предоставления права использования объектов промышленной собственности по лицензионному договору. Задачи исследования: выявить правовую природу лицензионного договора, раскрыть понятие лицензионного договора и его характеристику, раскрыть классификацию лицензионных договоров. Лицензионный договор о предоставлении права использовать объекта промышленной собственности является эффективным гражданско-правовым инструментом для развития и скорейшего внедрения в оборот технических средств и средств индивидуализации.

The purpose of the study is to study the legal aspects of granting the right to use industrial property objects under a license agreement. The research objectives: to identify the legal nature of the license agreement, to disclose the concept of the license agreement and its characteristics, to disclose the classification of licensing agreements.
