Mediation Process in Managing Conflicts with a Religious Component

Abstract

Конфликты – это многомерные явления, которые способны приводить как к развитию и интеграции общества, так и полной разобщенности, и хаосу. Конфликтов невозможно избежать. Именно поэтому так важно научиться управлять этим явлением, чтобы его последствия были конструктивными. Актуальность данной темы обусловлена тем, что сегодня медиации является одной из самых перспективных форм управления конфликтами. Изучение ее возможностей происходит в нескольких направлениях и сферах человеческой жизни. Проблема религиозных противоречий в современном мире является достаточно актуальной, поскольку данные конфликты затрагивают многие страны, общества и межличностные отношения и по сей день, но разрешение подобного рода противоречий представляет собой сложный и долговременный процесс потому, что религия глубоко проникла во многие сферы общественной жизни: образование, культуру, политику. В связи с взаимозависимым и взаимодополняющим характером религии в сферах общественной жизни, конфликтогенные процессы, связанные с религиозным аспектом, влияют на социальные, политические, экономические и многие другие конфликты. И именно поэтому на современном этапе исторического развития необходимо изучить причины возникновения противоречий с религиозным аспектом, а также научиться контролировать и регулировать их для предотвращения разрастания конфронтации. Таким образом, цель данной работы – изучение процесса медиации в контексте противоречий с религиозным аспектом. Для реализации данной цели необходимо решить ряд задач: 1. сформулировать и разграничить определения понятий религиозный конфликт и религиозная составляющая; 2. рассмотреть тенденцию возникновения и развития конфликтов с религиозной составляющей; 3. рассмотреть конфликт как ресурс развития медиации; 4. проанализировать возможности медиации в рамках конфликта с религиозной составляющей; 5. рассмотреть возможности и необходимость медиации в рамках конфликтов с религиозной составляющей в будущем. Объектом исследования является рассмотрение медиации как технологии урегулирования конфликта. Предметом исследования является рассмотрение возможностей медиации в процессе урегулирования конфликтов с религиозной составляющей. Практическая значимость проведенного исследования заключается в том, что оно дает основу для совершенствования института медиации в сфере взаимоотношений, связанных с вопросами религиозной составляющей, способствует прогнозированию и возможному моделированию конфликтогенных процессов в религиозной сфере. Это позволит не только предупреждать назревающие конфликты, но и по возможности вводить их в регулируемое специальными структурами русло.

Conflicts are multidimensional phenomena that can lead both to the development and integration of society, and to complete disunity, and chaos. Conflicts can not be avoided. That is why it is so important to learn how to manage this phenomenon so that its consequences are constructive. The relevance of this topic is due to the fact that mediation today is one of the most promising forms of conflict management. The study of its possibilities takes place in several directions and spheres of human life. The problem of religious contradictions in the modern world is quite urgent, since these conflicts affect many countries, societies and interpersonal relationships to this day, but the solution of such contradictions is a complex and long-term process because religion has deeply penetrated many spheres of public life: education , culture, politics. In connection with the interdependent and mutually complementary nature of religion in the spheres of public life, conflict-related processes related to the religious aspect affect social, political, economic and many other conflicts. And that is why, at the present stage of historical development, it is necessary to study the causes of the emergence of contradictions with the religious aspect, and also learn how to control and regulate them in order to prevent the escalation of confrontation. Thus, the purpose of this work is to study the mediation process in the context of contradictions with the religious component. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to solve a number of problems: 1. formulate and delimit definitions of concepts of religious conflict and religious component; 2. consider the tendency of the emergence and development of conflicts with the religious component; 3. consider the conflict as a resource for the development of mediation; 4. Analyze the possibilities of mediation in the context of conflict with the religious component; 5. To consider the possibilities and necessity of mediation in the context of conflicts with the religious component in the future. The object of the study is to consider mediation as a technology for conflict resolution. The subject of the study is to consider the possibilities of mediation in the process of resolving conflicts with the religious component. The practical significance of the study is that it provides a basis for improving the institution of mediation in the field of relations related to issues of the religious component, contributes to the forecasting and possible modeling of conflict-related processes in the religious sphere. This will not only prevent emerging conflicts, but also, if possible, introduce them into the channel regulated by special structures.
