Characteristics of Chinese e-management: Sociological analysis

Abstract

Данная магистерская диссертация посвящена относительно новому и неизученному в Китае феномену «е-менеджменту». Широкое внедрение компьютеров не только в сферу жизни, но и в сферу производства меняет систему управления предприятием. Китай сделал заметные успехи по внедрению е-менеджмента: он полностью отказался от бумажного делопроизводства и активно развивает электронную торговлю. Обе меры способствуют становлению нового общества: противостоят централизации руководства, делают управление открытым, однако, непосредственно внедрение е-менеджмента только зарождается. Проведенные автором исследования: анализ действующего законодательства, опрос работников предприятий, внедривших систему электронного офиса, а также анализ сайтов предприятий, показывают, что это – важные и существенные шаги, но пока еще не сам е-менеджмент, т.е. система управления пока остается непоколебимой: она иерархиезирована, мнение коллектива и персонала практически не учитывается в принятии решений.

This master's thesis is devoted to the relatively new and unexplored in China phenomenon of "e-management". The widespread introduction of computers not only in the sphere of life, but also in the sphere of production changes the enterprise management system. China has made notable progress in the implementation of e-management: it has completely abandoned paperwork and is actively developing e-Commerce. Both measures contribute to the formation of a new society: they oppose the centralization of leadership, make management open, however, the introduction of e-management is only in its infancy. The research conducted by the author: the analysis of the current legislation, the survey of employees of enterprises that have implemented the e – office system, as well as the analysis of the sites of enterprises, show that these are important and significant steps, but not yet the e-management itself, The management system remains unshakable: it is hierarchized, the opinion of the team and staff is practically not taken into account in decision-making.
