Research into the principles of visual identification of the school: A case study of the graphic model of the educational process in the Master degree programme "Graphic Design" at St Petersburg University

Abstract

Настоящая дипломная работа посвящена исследованию специфики магистерской образовательной программы “Графический дизайн” в СПбГУ и разработке её графической модели. Целью проекта является представление взаимодействия теоретических и практических дисциплин в программе магистратуры. Для реализации цели проекта было решено использовать следующие носители: печатное издание и инфографические карты. Структура печатного издания может быть представлена в презентациях кафедры, на дне открытых дверей, а также на различных конференциях по образованию. Разработанный принцип раскрытия авторских методик и представления процесса обучения может быть применён к другой образовательной программе или даже использован для анализа отдельного практического или теоретического курса.

This diploma project is devoted to the study of the master degree educational program “Graphic design” in Saint-Petersburg State University and the development of its graphical model. The aim of the project is to present the interaction of theoretical and practical disciplines in the master's program. To achieve the goal of the project, it was decided to use the following media: printed edition and infographic maps. The structure of the printed edition can be presented in the presentations of the Department, at the Open days, as well as at various conferences on education. The developed principle of disclosure of author's methods and presentation of the learning process can be applied to another educational program or even used to analyze a particular course.
