Immigration policies of Sweden, Denmark and Norway in the 21st century: A comparative study

Abstract

В работе рассматриваются основные направления иммиграционной политики Швеции, Дании и Норвегии в XXI веке, стратегии социокультурной адаптации и интеграции иммигрантов и беженцев; выявляются количественные и этнокультурные изменения иммиграционных потоков, определяются основные проблемы адаптации и интеграции иммигрантов в шведском, датском и норвежском обществе, а также проводится сравнительный анализ мер, принимаемых властями для их решения.

The paper analyses the main areas of immigration policy in Sweden, Denmark and Norway and the strategies of immigrants' and refugees' adaptation and integration; quantitative and ethno-cultural changes in immigration flows are revealed. The main problems of adaptation and integration of immigrants in Swedish, Danish and Norwegian societies are shown. The comparative analysis of measures taken by the governments is conducted.
