Radiodiagnostics of intraocular foreign bodies in posterior segment of eyeball

Работа основана на ретро- и проспективном анализе историй болезни 216 пациентов с осколочной травмой глаза. Цель исследования – изучить чувствительность и эффективность лучевых методов диагностики и локализации внутриглазных инородных тел. Изучены особенности применения рентгенографии, компьютерной томографии и ультразвукового исследования при диагностике проникающих ранений глазного яблока, осложненных наличием инородного тела, определена чувствительность данных методов. Определены показания к использованию способов локализации и визуализации осложнений. Разработан алгоритм диагностики внутриглазных инородных тел, расположенных в заднем отрезке глазного яблока.

The work is based on a chart analysis of 216 cases with splinter eye trauma. The purpose of the study was to investigate the sensitivity and effectiveness of radiation methods for diagnosis and localization of intraocular foreign bodies. The specific features of the use of radiography, computed tomography and ultrasound in the diagnosis of penetrating injuries of the eye, complicated by the presence of a foreign body, the sensitivity of these methods has been determined. Indications for the use of methods of localization and visualization of complications were determined. An algorithm for the diagnosis of intraocular foreign bodies located in the posterior segment has been developed.
