Cultural factors in China–Russia relations

Abstract

Аннотация Современная геополитическая обстановка в мире изменяется, при этом взаимоотношения России и Китая являются одним из ключевых факторов стабильной и мирной обстановки в мире. В связи с этим, развитие культурных отношений и поддержание эффективного культурного диалога между странами является первоочередной задачей для правительств Китая и России. В данной работе были исследованы культурные факторы, влияющие на взаимные отношения Китая и России. В работе рассмотрено понятие международного культурного обмена и коммуникации, определены основные формы международных культурных обменов. Проведен сравнительный анализ культур Китая и России. Определено место культурных факторов в международных отношениях. Проведено исследование процесса становления международного культурного обмена между Китаем и Россией, а также его современное состояние. В результате исследования были разработаны предложения по укреплению двусторонних культурных обменов между Россией и Китаем. Annotation The modern geopolitical situation in the world is changing, while the relations between Russia and China are one of the key factors of a stable and peaceful situation in the world. In this regard, the development of cultural relations and the maintenance of effective cultural dialogue between countries is a priority task for the governments of China and Russia. In this paper, cultural factors influencing the mutual relations of China and Russia were investigated. The paper considers the concept of international cultural exchange and communication, defines the main forms of international cultural exchanges. A comparative analysis of the cultures of China and Russia was conducted. The place of cultural factors in international relations is determined. The study of the process of formation of international cultural exchange between China and Russia, as well as its current state, is conducted. As a result of the study, proposals were developed to strengthen bilateral cultural exchanges between Russia and China.
