International trade structure analysis

Abstract

Была поставлена задача разобраться в структуре международной торговли Российской федерации. Однако в связи с экономическими санкциями упомянутая структура существенно изменилась. В частности, появилось распоряжение Правительства РФ об импортозамещении в нескольких отраслях. Таким образом, первым шагом на пути к решению поставленной задачи оказалась математическая модель импортозамещения. Эта проблема весьма актуальна и в настоящее время. Она подразделяется на несколько этапов: где взять средства на развитие соответствующих отраслей? Сколько инвестировать, чтобы добиться желаемого эффекта? Как оптимально распределить инвестиции? Сколько будет стоить интенсивный путь развития по сравнению с экстенсивным?

The task was set to understand the structure of international trade of the Russian Federation. However, in connection with economic sanctions, this structure has changed significantly. In particular, an order of the Government of the Russian Federation on import substitution appeared in several industries. Thus, the first step on the way to solving the task was a mathematical model of import substitution. This problem is very relevant at the present time. It is divided into several stages: where to get the money for the development of the relevant industries? How much to invest in order to achieve the desired effect? How to optimally allocate investments? How much will an intensive development path be compared to an extensive one?
