Constructions of dynamic model of the immune response for specific oncological disease

Abstract

В данной работе строится математическая модель иммунного ответа при лечении меланомы кожи методом иммунотерапии, при котором действие препарата нацеливает иммунную систему на опухолевую ткань и усиливает иммунный ответ организма. Основой иммунного ответа являются цитотоксические Tc-лимфоциты, отвечающие за клеточный иммунитет. В рамках модели лекарственный препарат вмешивается в процесс активации лимфоцитов и запускает усиленный ответ Tc-лимфоцитов против опухолевых клеток, что отражено в построенной модели.

In this paper, a mathematical model of the immune response is constructed in the treatment of skin melanoma by the method of immunotherapy, in which the effect of the drug targets the immune system on the tumor tissue and enhances the immune response of the organism. The basis of the immune response is the cytotoxic Tc-lymphocytes, which are responsible for cellular immunity. Within the framework of the model, the drug interferes with the activation of lymphocytes and triggers an enhanced response of Tc-lymphocytes against tumor cells, which is reflected in the constructed model.
