The problem of removing the degeneracy of the operator of the Becker-Doering kinetic equation

Abstract

Рассмотрены поправки к Фоккер-Планковскому приближению системы уравнений Беккера-Дёринга, описывающих динамику мицеллярной системы. Показано, что эти поправки снимают вырождение в спектре обратных времён быстрой релаксации и существенно улучшают согласие между результатами аналитической теории и численным решением системы разностных уравнений.

The corrections to the Fokker-Planck approximation of the Becker-Döring system of equations describing the dynamics of the micellar system are considered in this work.It is shown that these corrections remove the degeneracy in the spectrum of the inverse times of fast relaxation and greatly improve the agreement between the results of the analytic theory and the numerical solution of the system of difference equations
