| ru_RU |
dc.description.abstract | Juices are one of the most popular soft drinks in the world. The quality control of juice products is the urgent task due to those various element contents. When analyzing, the duration of the process significantly increases because of the acid decomposition stage of the sample that is used in most of the modern techniques. It also affects the obtained results correctness due to contamination of the sample with the impurities of reagents used. In this case it is expediently to use multielement analysis methods with low detection limits and with the possibility of carrying out analysis without a sample mineralization step. For this aim atomic emission spectral analysis with an arc excitation of spectrum of the dry sample residue from the top of the carbon electrode and atomic emission spectral analysis with flame excitation spectrum were used in this investigation. The development and testing of a method of juices quantitative analysis without sample mineralization step was the purpose of this investigation. The optimization of the analysis conditions was carried out (the possibility of the sample volume increasing to 30 μL for the reducing the limits of detection by the method of an arc AES (0,3-300 μg/L) was confirmed, the linear range increase of the calibration curve and the Na detection limit decrease using a spectral buffer based on Cs by the flame AES were found out); the absence of matrix influence on the analysis results was confirmed; the developed methods were used for analyzing a series of juice samples, the obtained results are in the acceptable agreement with the literature data. | en_GB |
