Methods for calculating the mechanical strength of components of high-voltage switching devices

Abstract

В данной работе разработана расчетная методика упругопластического деформирования полиамидов и поликарбонатов с помощью метода конечных элементов в пакете ANSYS с использованием экспериментально полученных диаграмм напряжение-деформация. Отработана методика проведения испытаний материалов. Верифицирована расчетная методика. Изучены свойства некоторых полиамидов при различных условиях (гигроскопический тест). Методика расчета учитывает нелинейные свойства материала в области упругих и пластических деформаций. Произведено сравнение результатов решения задачи с экспериментальными данными.

In this paper, a computational technique for elastic-plastic deformation of polyamides and polycarbonates using the finite-element method in the ANSYS package using the experimentally obtained stress-strain diagrams is developed. The technique of testing materials was tested. The calculation method is verified. The properties of some polyamides under different conditions (hygroscopic test) are studied. The calculation technique takes into account the nonlinear properties of the material in the region of elastic and plastic deformations. The results of the solution of the problem with the experimental data are compared.
