The legal fundamentals of the gender equality policy of the Kingdom of Sweden: Family and labour aspects

Abstract

Выпускная квалификационная работа «Правовые основы политики гендерного равенства Королевства Швеция: семейный и трудовой аспекты» посвящена исследованию характерных черт политики гендерного равенства в Швеции. Особый упор сделан на динамику развития правовых основ данной политики, а также на практический результат законодательной политики в семейной и трудовой сферах жизни общества. В работе проанализированы главные правовые нормы государства в сфере защиты прав мужчин и женщин, а также приведены данные статистических источников, характеризующих последствия реализации данных законопроектов для общества. Также были раскрыты культурно-исторические предпосылки и факторы появления идеи гендерного равноправия в Швеции, а также выявлены проблемы и пробелы политики. Выпускная квалификационная работа состоит из 75 страниц, включающих введение, две главы, заключение, список источников и литературы и приложения.

The thesis "Legal fundamentals of the gender equality policy of the Kingdom of Sweden: family and labor aspects" is devoted to the research of the characteristic features of the policy of gender equality in Sweden. There is a particular emphasis on the development dynamics of the legal foundations of this policy, as well as on the actual result of legislative policy in the family and labor fields. The paper analyzes the main legal norms of the state in the sphere of rights’ protection of men and women, it analyzes data of statistical sources characterizing the consequences of the implementation of these bills for society. There were also revealed the cultural and historical background, factors for the uprising of the gender equality idea in Sweden and problems and gaps in politics. The final paper consists of 75 pages, including an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion, a list of sources and literature and applications.
