The management of inbound tourism from China: The case of St.Petersburg

Abstract

Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является выявление главных проблем китайского въездного туризма и разработка способов улучшения ситуации в организации приёма граждан Китая в Санкт-Петербурге. Объект исследования – туристская деятельность. Предмет исследования - организация туристской деятельности для иностранных туристов. В соответствие с указанной целью в работе были поставлены следующие задачи: -рассмотреть особенности въезда в РФ для граждан КНР -выявить проблемы въездного туризма в Санкт-Петербурге -разработать способы по улучшению сферы китайского въездного туризма Выпускная квалификационная работа состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения, библиографии и четырех приложений. Общий объем выпускной квалификационной работы составляет 67 страниц.

The purpose of the final qualifying work is to identify the main problems of Chinese inbound tourism and to develop ways to improve the situation in organizing the reception of Chinese citizens in St. Petersburg. The object of research is tourist activity. The subject of the study is the organization of tourist activities for foreign tourists. In accordance with this goal, the following tasks were set: -consider the characteristics of the entrance to the Russian Federation for Chinese citizens -identify the problems of inbound tourism in St. Petersburg -to develop ways to improve the sphere of Chinese entry tourism The final qualification work consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusion, a bibliography and four annexes. The total volume of the final qualifying work is 67 pages.
