The normalisation of relations between the SRV and the USA 1975–1995

Abstract

Данное исследование посвящено описанию процесса нормализации отношений СРВ и США с 1975 по 1995 гг. Выявляя причинно-следственные связи между происходившими событиями, автор приходит к выводу, что главной характеристикой этого процесса является зависимость от изменений геополитической ситуации в регионе и на мировой арене. Отношения между этими странами не развиваются самостоятельно, любое изменение в них – это реакция на внешние события.

The aim of this research was to describe the process of normalization of relations between the SRV and the USA from 1975 to 1995. Identifying causal relationships between the events, author comes to conclusion that the main characteristic of this process is dependence on changes in the geopolitical situation in the region and on the world stage. Relations between these countries do not develop independently. Any change is a reaction to external events.
