Experience in the formation and development of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC): 2010-2018

Abstract

В выпускной квалификационной работе анализируются особенности формирования и развития Сообщества стран Латинской Америки и Карибского бассейна (СЕЛАК) с даты принятия решения о создании организации в 2010 г. по настоящее время. Кроме того, рассмотрены особенности многостороннего сотрудничества в Латинской Америке во второй половине XX в. и проведен сравнительный анализ СЕЛАК и Организации Американских Государств (ОАГ). Большое внимание уделяется рассмотрению внутренней структуры организации, саммитов СЕЛАК, основных итогов деятельности каждого Временного Президиума. Заключительная глава фокусируется на исследовании внерегиональных связей СЕЛАК, а именно диалогов и форумов СЕЛАК-Китайская Народная Республика, СЕЛАК-Европейский союз, СЕЛАК-Россия.In graduation qualification work features of formation and development of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States(CELAC) are analyzed from the date of the decision to establish the organization in 2010 until now. Moreover, features of multilateral cooperation in the second half of the XX century in Latin America were considered and a comparative analysys of CELAC and Organisation of the American States(OAS) was held. Special attention is paid to reviewing the internal structure of the organisation, summits of CELAC, the results of each Pro-tempore Presidency. Final chapter is focused on extraregional relations of CELAC, i.e.dialogues and forums CELAC-Chinese People's Republic, CELAC-European Union,CELAC-Russia.
