Abstract
Данная работа особое внимание уделяет участию женщин в военных действиях в Первую мировую войну, а именно женским батальонам смерти. Проводится анализ формирования батальонов смерти М.Л.Бочкаревой с социокультурной точки зрения. Также проанализировано состояние войск на театре военных действий на 1917 г., изучена личность Марии Бочкаревой и печатные издания того времени, оценено отношение прессы к формированию батальонов смерти, исследованы доступные материалы из фондов Российского государственного исторического архива и, наконец, рассмотрено отражение данной темы в советской и современной культуре России. Главной причиной возникновения женских батальонов называется в первую очередь патриотическое стремление помочь Родине.
This paper pays special attention to women's participation in the hostilities in the First World War, namely the female death squads. The analysis of the formation of death squads of M.L.Bochkareva with the socio-cultural point of view. Also analyzed of troops in the war in 1917, studied the identity of Mary Bochkareva and publications of the time, it is estimated the press related to the formation of death squads, studied available materials from the collections of the Russian State Historical Archive, and finally discussed in the Soviet reflection of the topic and Russian contemporary culture. The main cause of women's battalion called the first patriotic desire to help his native country.
