Abstract
Инфаркт миокарда всегда был и остается одной из наиболее острых проблем в медицине, которая ежегодно в России приводит к смерти и инвалидизации десятки тысяч людей. Это жизнеугрожающая патология серьезно влияет на социально-экономическое и демографическое состояние общества, поэтому диагностике, лечению и профилактике инфаркта миокарда, а также реабилитации пациентов в постинфарктном периоде, придается большое значение. Эффективность лечения напрямую связано со сроками его начала, что в свою очередь зависит от скорости постановки диагноза. Поэтому разработка новых методов ранней диагностики инфаркта миокарда является актуальной проблемой современной медицины.
Сегодня достоверный диагноз инфаркта миокарда основывается на характерной картине электрокардиограммы и обнаружении специфических для некроза миокарда белков в крови. Однако современные исследования показывают, что специфические кардиомаркеры содержатся не только в крови, но и в слюне. Учитывая значительные преимущества использования слюны для клинических исследований, мы предлагаем разработать новый метод диагностики инфаркта миокарда, основанный на верификации в слюне специфических кардиомаркеров методом латерального проточного иммунохроматографического анализа.
Myocardial infarction has always been and remains one of the most acute problems in medicine, which annually in Russia leads to the death and disability of tens of thousands of people. This life-threatening pathology seriously affects the socio-economic and demographic state of society, therefore, the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of myocardial infarction, as well as rehabilitation of patients in the post-infarction period, is of great importance. The effectiveness of treatment is directly related to the timing of its start, which in turn depends on the speed of diagnosis. Therefore, the development of new methods for the early diagnosis of myocardial infarction is an urgent problem of modern medicine. Today, reliable diagnosis of myocardial infarction is based on a characteristic picture of the electrocardiogram and the detection of specific proteins for myocardial necrosis in the blood. However, modern studies show that specific cardiomarkers are found not only in blood, but also in saliva. Given the significant advantages of using saliva for clinical trials, we propose to develop a new method for the diagnosis of myocardial infarction, based on the verification of specific cardiomarkers in saliva by the method of lateral flow immunochromatographic analysis.
