Abstract
Tuberculous coxitis, HIV-aseptic necrosis Relevance. Currently, HIV-aseptic necrosis is a difficult moment in terms of its treatment and diagnosis, but, nevertheless, it is not rare, it has difficulties in diagnosing with tuberculosis coke. Targeted work: identification of features of clinical and functional disorders in tuberculosis coke and aseptic necrosis of the head of the femur in patients with HIV infection. Objectives of the study: 1. 1. To study clinical and functional disorders in tuberculosis coke; 2. To study clinico-functional disorders in aseptic necrosis of the head of the femur in patients with HIV infection; 3. Compare clinico-functional disorders in the study groups. Materials and methods. A survey was conducted of 60 patients aged 18 to 70 years with diagnoses of "HIV-aseptic necrosis" and "tuberculous coxitis" complicated by toxoplasmosis of the brain. Were counted and correlated changes in these lesions. 1. The most pronounced signs, with these diseases are lameness and limb shortening. 2. Regardless of the cause of the lesions in the hip joints, they have similar clinical and functional disorders.
