Abstract
Тема дипломной работы: Деловая культура компании в цифровой экономике

В рамках данной выпускной работы проведено исследование деловой культуры на макро и микроуровне с учетом влияния цифровой трансформации экономики. В работе описаны теоретические аспекты изучения и анализа деловой культуры. Основные методы, применяемые в исследовании: изучение, наблюдение, интервью, анкетирование, опрос, сравнительный анализ и синтез, обобщение и структурно-логический метод.
Дипломная работа содержит введение, три главы, заключение, список использованной литературы и приложения.
Введение описывает цель, объект и предмет исследования, а также актуальность выбранной темы.
Первая глава работы посвящена идентификации сущности деловой культуры на макроуровне, структуризации существующих типологий национальной деловой культуры и анализу параметров деловой культуры, способствующих или препятствующих внедрению цифровых методов. В результате сформирована трехмерная единая типология деловой культуры.
Вторая глава описывает проблему оценки организационной культуры компании. Глава включает в себя анализ существующих методик оценки деловой культуры на микроуровне и разработку комплексной методики определения типа культуры в организации в современных условиях.
Третья глава носит практический характер и посвящена реализации комплексной методики оценки, сформированной в теоретических главах работы, на примере компании ООО «Газпром экспорт».
В заключении консолидированы и структурированы основные выводы по работе в соответствии с поставленными задачами.
Основные выводе по работе:
1. Российская национальная деловая культура относится к клановой (культуре лидера), что подтверждает трехмерная единая типология деловой культуры, сформированная автором на основе критического сравнительного анализа классических типологий деловой культуры.
2. Автором предложена комплексная методика определения типа организационной культуры, основанная на критическом анализе методик исследования организационной культуры и включающая в себя три этапа: глубинное интервью по Э. Шейну, анкетирование сотрудников по Камерону-Куинну, анализ управленческой команды по Р. М. Белбину.
Объём дипломной работы 100 страниц, которые включают 21 таблицу и 14 рисунков и 8 приложений. В работе использовано 40 печатных источников литературы и 11 электронных источников.
Theme of the thesis: Business culture of company in the digital economy Author of the work: Matrenina Angelina Romanovna As part of this graduation work a business culture study was conducted at macro and micro levels taking into account the impact of the digital transformation of the economy. Theoretical aspects of the study and analysis of business culture are described in the work. The main methods used in the study are: examination, observation, interview, questionnaire, survey, comparative analysis and synthesis, generalization and structural-logical method. The thesis contains an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, list of references and applications. The introduction describes the purpose, the object and the subject of the study as well as the relevance of the selected topic. The first chapter of the work is devoted to identifying the essence of business culture at the macro level, structuring the existing typologies of national business culture and analyzing the parameters of business culture that promote or impede the implementation of digital methods. As a result, a three-dimensional unified typology of business culture was formed. The second chapter describes the problem of assessing the organizational culture of the company. The chapter includes an analysis of existing methods for assessing business culture at the micro level and the development of an integrated methodology for determining the type of culture in an organization in modern conditions. The third chapter has practical nature and is devoted to the implementation of a comprehensive assessment methodology formed in the theoretical chapters of the work, using the example of Gazprom Export LLC. The main results on the work in accordance with the tasks are consolidated and structured in the conclusion. Major conclusions of the work: 1.
