Development of a business plan for an investment project

Abstract

Актуальность исследования определяется недостаточным пониманием многих компаний значимости грамотного планирования деятельности, что особенно важно при реализации инвестиционных проектов в современных условиях развития Российской экономики. Цель выпускной квалификационной работы – разработка бизнес-плана инвестиционного проекта по созданию розничной сети магазинов надувных изделий из ПВХ компании ООО «Юг-Трейдинг». Задачи выпускной квалификационной работы: 1. Рассмотреть сущность бизнес-планирования в современных условиях; 2. Проанализировать и сравнить российский и зарубежный опыт бизнес-планирования; 3. Определить основные этапы разработки и структуру бизнес-плана инвестиционного проекта; 4. На основе анализа организации ООО «Юг-Трейдинг» предложить стратегическое направление развития; 5. Обосновать стратегию инвестирования в создание сети розничных магазинов; 6. Составить бизнес-план открытия сети розничных магазинов «Интекс Юг». В рамках реализации вышеперечисленных задач автор ознакомился со спецификой деятельности компании, занимающейся оптовой торговлей надувными изделиями из ПВХ на отечественном рынке; изучил систему планирования и прогнозирования организации; проанализировал возможные направления развития и сделал соответствующие выводы. Самостоятельными разработками автора являются: - на основе всестороннего анализа организации выявлено перспективное стратегическое направление инвестирования в развитие компании; - разработан бизнес-план создания собственной розничной сети магазинов надувных изделий из ПВХ.The relevance of the research is determined by the lack of understanding of many companies of the importance of competent planning, which is especially important in the implementation of investment projects in the modern conditions of the Russian economy. The purpose of the graduation qualifying work - a business plan development of an investment project to create a retail stores of inflatable products of the company "Yug-Trading". Objectives work: 1. To consider the essence of business planning in modern conditions; 2. Analyze and compare Russian and foreign business planning experience; 3. Identify the main stages of development and structure of the business plan of the investment project; 4. On the basis of the analysis of the organization Yug-trading to offer the strategic direction of development; 5. Justify the strategy of investing in the creation of a network of retail stores; 6. Make a business plan to open a network of retail stores "Intex South". As part of the implementation of the above tasks, the author got acquainted with the specifics of the company engaged in wholesale trade of inflatable products in the domestic market; studied the planning and forecasting system of the organization; analyzed possible directions of development and made appropriate conclusions. Independent developments of the author are the following: - on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the organization revealed a promising strategic direction of investment in the development of the company; - the business plan of creation of own retail shops of inflatable products is developed.
