The sequential action of two factors as a method of mutation process study

Abstract

By sequential action of X-ray and high temperature (37° C) (as proposed by M, E. Lobashev) the dependence of X-ray after-effects on their hardness, rate and dose, on a mode of high temperature action, stages of gametogenesis, lines, and on the type of the studied mutational changes has been estimated. The injurions and protective aftereffects of radiation have also been shown. The validity of the method in study of mutational process characteristics has been discussed.
