The concept of recreational development of a coastal area: A case study of the centre of yachting and water tourism in the town of Lomonosov

Abstract

В работе предложена концепция развития береговой территории на примере центра яхтенного спорта и туризма в г. Ломоносов. Проведено комплексное исследование участка побережья с восточной стороны Сидоровского канала. Выборочно изучен мировой опыт формирования рекреационных пространств и спортивных объектов. На основе теоретической части предложено функциональное зонирование территории с учетом расположения объектов спортивной и яхтенной инфраструктуры и социальных объектов привлекательных для жителей города. Разработан средовой дизайн-проект рекреационного ландшафтного комплекса с включением яхтенной марины и спортивных объектов.
