Social traditions in Japanese industrial corporations

Abstract

Выпускная квалификационная работа, выполненная на кафедре этнографии и антропологии, посвящена изучению общинных традиций в индустриальных корпорациях Японии. В первой главе рассматриваются модели традиционных структур в деревне и в городе, во второй - основные этапы и внешние формы перехода сельскохозяйственного общества в индустриальное, а в третьей - традиционные социокультурные модели в индустриальных корпорациях.

This graduation paper, done at the Department of Ethnography and Anthropology, is devoted to the study of community traditions in industrial corporations in Japan. In the first chapter, models of traditional structures in the village and in the city are considered, in the second - the main stages and external forms of the transition of the agricultural society to the industrial one, and in the third - the traditional sociocultural models in industrial corporations.
