Development concept of the historical shipbuilding centre as a part of "Motor Boating Cooperative No 1"

Abstract

Работа посвящена созданию концепции центра исторического судостроения в составе ГМЗ «Петергоф» и «Водно-моторного кооператива №1». Проведено комплексное исследование участка побережья с западной стороны Нижнего парка. Выборочно изучен мировой опыт развития яхтенной инфраструктуры, морских музеев и интерактивных пространств. На основе теоретической части предложена независимая, научно-обоснованная концепция развития и эксплуатации территории бывшей Купеческой гавани. Предложен средовой дизайн-проект музея-верфи –«Потешная флотилия» на основе раскрытия потенциала территории через синтез нового музейного комплекса и яхт-клуба.

The work is devoted to the creation of the concept of the center of historical shipbuilding as part of the GMZ "Peterhof" and "Water Motor Co-operative No. 1". A comprehensive study of the coast area from the western side of the Lower Park was carried out. The world experience in the development of the yacht infrastructure, maritime museums and interactive spaces has been studied extensively. On the basis of the theoretical part, an independent, scientifically grounded concept of the development and exploitation of the territory of the former merchant's harbor was proposed. The environmental design project of the shipyard museum "Floating Flotilla" is proposed on the basis of opening up the potential of the territory through the synthesis of a new museum complex and a yacht club.
