Fundraising in social care programmes for the homeless

Аннотация на выпускную квалификационную работу по направлению 040400 "Социальная работа" "Фандрайзинг в социальных программах помощи бездомным" студентки 4 курса очного отделения кафедры теории и практики социальной работы факультета социологии СПБГУ СУВОРОВОЙ ДАРЬИ АНДРЕЕВНЫ Исследование посвящено технологии фандрайзинга, работающей в социальных программах, направленных на помощь бездомным. На сегодняшний день большое количество социально-ориентированных НКО используют технологию фандрайзинга в своей деятельности. В то же время проблема бездомности является одной из основных проблем в России. В России немало фондов и НКО, которые применяют данную технологию в своей работе, которая направлена на ресоциализацию и полноценную реабилитацию бездомных. Цель исследования: изучение и анализ технологии фандрайзига в программы помощи лицам без определенного места жительства. Объект исследования:лица без определенного места жительства. Предмет исследования:фандрайзинг в программах помощи бездомным. В связи с поставленной целью были выделены следующие задачи: 1. рассмотрение теоретических основ сущности феномена бездомности и основных факторов бездомности в России; 2. рассмотрение теоретико-методологических подходов к понимаю технологии фандрайзинга, а также изучение особенностей фандрайзинговой деятельности социально-ориентированных некоммерческих организаций; 3. изучение специфики деятельности СПБ БОО "Ночлежка" по реализации социальных программ помощи, ресоциализации бездомных, по оказанию социальной помощи бездомным; 4. анализ деятельности СПБ БОО "Ночлежка" по привлечению финансовых и материальных средств в социальные проекты помощи бездомным. Теоретическое исследование проводилось методом анализа документов, анализа информационных источников. Эмпирическое исследование проводилось таким методом как экспертное интервью. В работе были рассмотрены основные аспекты феномена бездомности, основные технологии и методы работы фандрайзинга, которые направлены на привлечение необходимых средств на помощь и реабилитацию бездомных. Также рассмотрен опыт работы благотворительной организации СПБ БОО "Ночлежка" по оказанию социальной помощи и ресоциализации бездомных. Во второй главе были представлены особенности фандрайзинговой деятельности в работе некоммерческих организаций и в работе государственных учреждений. В последней главе были рассмотрены основные технологии и методы привлечения средств на социальные программы помощи бездомным, также технологии фандрайзинга в работе СПБ БОО "Ночлежка". Эмпирическая база для проведения исследования - СПБ БОО "Ночлежка". Структура работы представлена введением, тремя главами, заключением и списком использованной литературы.Общий объем выпускной квалификационной работы составляет 65 страниц. В выпускной квалификационной работе использовано три таблицы, 45 источников литературы.

Annotation Graduation Project Work "Fundraising in social care programmes of the homeless people" 040400 "Social Work" SUVOROVA DARIA 4-th year student of department of faculty of sociology of St.Petersburg State University The reserch is dedicated to analisys of the technology of the fundraising in social care programmes for the homeless people. Today a huge amount of the social oriented non-profit organizations use the technology of the fundraising in their work activity. And the problem of the homelessness is one of the basic ones in Russia. There are not a little funds and non-profit organization that use that technology in their experience that is directed to the resocialization and complete rehabilitation of the homeless people. The aim of the reserch is to analyze the technology of the fundraising in social care programmes for the homeless people. The object of the reserch is the homeless people. The subject of the reserch is fundraising in social programmes for the homeless people. For the purpose of the reserch were highleted the next tasks: 1. to consider the theoretical base of the point of the phenomenon homelessness and the factors of the homelessness in Russia; 2. to consider the theoretical-metodological base of the technology of the fundraising and the features of the fundraising activities in social non-profit organization; 3. to determine the specifics of the activity of social non-profit organization "Nochlezhka" on implementation activities for social care and rehabilitation programmes for the homeless people; 4. to analyse the activity of non-profit organization "Nochlezhka" in fundraising activity (attraction financial and material resources) for the socail programmes for the homeless people. The theoretical reserch was carried out based on the method of the analisys of literature and information )Internet resources. The empirical reserch was performed as an expert interview. In the work were considered the basic aspects of the phenomenon of the homelessness the basic technology and the methods of the fundraising directed to attracting the basic resources to the care and rehabilitation of the homeless people. in the next section were considered the experience of the non-profit organization in providing the social care services for the homeless people. In the second chapter were performed the specialities of the fundraing activities in working of the non-profit organization and goverment organisation. In the last chapter were considered the basic technologies and methods of attracting resources to the social care programmes for the homeless people and also the technology of the fundraising in the work of the non-profit organization "Nochlezhka". The work structure consists of an introduction,three sections,conclusion list of the references and annexes. The empirical base of the reserch is St. Petersburg non-profit organization "Nochlezhka". The work makes use of 3 tables, 45 reference sources. Volume of the work 65 pages, including annexes.
