Conflict forms of interaction between the power and the civil society in the course of the development of political communication in the Russian Federation

Abstract

Выпускная квалификационная работа посвящена политической коммуникации в Российской Федерации, а предметная область исследования сосредоточена на конфликтном взаимодействии власти и гражданского общества в России. Автор ставит цель изучить специфику конфликта как особой формы политической коммуникации, для этого: рассмотреть теоретические основания коммуникативного взаимодействия власти и общества в теориях власти; изучить конфликтный потенциал политической коммуникации при демократическом режиме; определить основные модели взаимодействия властных структур и гражданского общества, выделяемые в российской научной мысли; разработать собственную комплексную модель к изучению конфликтных форм политической коммуникации; изучить протестное движение в России как реальный случай конфликтной коммуникации.Тема исследования актуальна в силу того, что в российской действительности культура конфликта, равно как и адекватное восприятие конфликтных форм взаимодействия в самом начале пути своего становления, в то же время во взаимодействии власти и гражданского общества все чаще преобладают конфликтные формы коммуникации. Проблематика исследования заключается в защите тезиса о том, что конфликтные формы коммуникации являются необходимым элементом взаимодействия между властью и обществом, имеющим собственную специфику и трансформационный потенциал.

The final qualification work is devoted to political communication in the Russian Federation, and the subject area of ​​the research is focused on the conflict interaction of the power and the civil society in Russia. The author sets a goal to study the specifics of the conflict as a special form of political communication, for this: to consider the theoretical grounds for the communicative interaction of power and society in the power theories; to study the conflict potential of political communication under the democratic regime; identify the main models of interaction between government structures and civil society, identified in the Russian scientific thought; to develop the original integrated model of the political communication conflict forms analysis; to study the protest movement in Russia as a real case of conflict communication. The topic of the research is an actual issue as in Russia the culture of conflict, as well as the appropriate perception of conflict forms of interaction are at the very beginning of the way of its formation, at the same time in the interaction of power and civil society Conflict forms of communication are increasingly prevailing. The issue of the research is related to defend the thesis that conflict forms of communication are an essential element of interaction between the power and the society and that has its own specificity and transformational potential.
