“Democratic Counter-revolution” Governments of Siberia and Ural and their Activity on Railways and Water Transport in Spring and Autumn of 1918

Abstract

On the basis of the new archive material and only recently published documentary materials this article reveal little known or insufficiently developed in the scientific literature side of governments’ “democratic counter-revolution” in force during the civil war in the eastern parts of the country.
