Experience of fifth generation politicians training among the regional youth personnel clubs participants

Abstract

This paper presents the theory and methodology of training a fifth generation of politicians from among the regional youth personnel reserve. In theory, the model set out policy changes under the influence of globalization and post-globalization. Data was gathered regarding the changes necessary to train a new generation of politicians. A model policy as a professional work requiring special training system was developed along with a system of personnel reserve as a mechanism to search for potential politicians. As a method of training a new generation of politicians, we used the design scheme of the method for forming the required personality structure of the national leader, capable of effective activity in the period of global changes in the world and in the country.
