| ru_RU |
dc.description.abstract | The graduation project was devoted to the developing of a chronic endometritis animal model. The existent endometritis animal models advantageously based on the microbial and chemical agents action and morphologic characteristics of such models conform to acute endometritis description. Chronic endometrium inflammation with predictable indications has not been modulated in experiment yet. In the experimental study 40 female sexually mature rabbits were undergoing a procedure of the chronic endometritis modelling. The endometritis modelling procedure consisted of autologous endometrium site implantation to rabbit’s parietal peritoneum with common surgery (n=20) or microsurgery techniques (n=20). One experimental subgroup of animals was treated with sinestrol (synoestrolum) before and after the procedure (n=10), the other subgroup didn't get any hormonal treatment (n=10). Endometrial samples were observed and taken off on 7th and 14th days of experiment and then were examined with microscopy method. The usage of common surgery techniques along with a synthetic atraumatic non-absorbable suture material 4/0 provided an intraoperative tissue damage. The intraoperative damage and further compression of tissue by surgical knots caused the prolonged mechanic impact on endometrium. In control group mechanic factor was excluded by using microsurgery techniques and synthetic atraumatic non-absorbable monofilament suture material 9/0 using. The procedure of endometrial implantation with the use of common surgery techniques in animal after hormonal treatment induced a tissue reaction that was close enough to chronic endometritis morphologic descriptions. The microscopy of implant samples of that experimental group revealed a stromal and perivascular lymphoid infiltration with the presence of plasmacytes, a focal stromal fibrosis and a vascular sclerosis. Proposed chronic endometritis model might be used and going to be used as an underlying concept for subsequent investigation of endometrium pathology. All probable therapeutic approaches whether some medicines or cell-based therapy are acceptable on this model. The model allows modifying doses of medical product and exposure time. It is easy-to-use for monitoring of tissue changes and sample collecting using laparoscopy as often as required. It also doesn’t require any special and expensive equipment. The project includes: pages – 61, figures – 5, tables – 3. | en_GB |
