Abstract

На фоне новой промышленной революции Китай, следуя веяниям времени, инвестировал капитал и человеческие ресурсы в научно-технические исследования и разработки и добился замечательных результатов. Теперь Китай намерен применить эти технологические продукты для оптимизации и модернизации своего производственного сектора, чтобы изменить сложившийся в стране статус-кво "хорошо развитый производственный сектор, но недостаточный потенциал технологических инноваций". Такая оптимизация оказала влияние на традиционный рынок труда. Однако компенсационный эффект новых технологий, как правило, превышает эффект замещения, что регулируется рядом политических мер, принятых в Китае. Данное исследование вносит вклад в понимание текущей ситуации на рынке труда Китая в контексте технологического прогресса и перспектив его развития. Анализируя историю промышленной революции, текущее состояние технологического развития Китая, текущее состояние рынка труда и политику, проводимую правительством, в данной работе прогнозируется тенденция развития рынка труда в Китае в контексте технологического прогресса. Against the backdrop of the new industrial revolution, China has followed the trend of the times and invested capital and human resources in scientific and technological research and development, and has achieved remarkable results.
