Improving the public and business zone: a case study of the city of Nizhnevartovsk

Abstract

ПРОЕКТ СРЕДОВОЙ ОРГАНИЗАЦИИ ОБЩЕСТВЕННО-ДЕЛОВОЙ ЗОНЫ НА ПРИМЕРЕ ГОРОДА НИЖНЕВАРТОВСК

Целью проекта является комплексное благоустройство квартала «С» в городе Нижневартовск посредством средовых решений. Проект направлен на решение проблем и преобразование территории в зеленую зону для отдыха и активного времяпрепровождения. В результате мы получаем многофункциональное благоустройство территории, пригодное для круглогодичного использования горожанами.

Благоустройство квартала «С» в городе Нижневартовске направлено на решение актуальных проблем, связанных с недостаточным развитием инфраструктуры и неадаптированностью городского пространства к суровым климатическим условиям северного региона. В настоящее время, в связи с этими факторами, наблюдается отток населения из северных регионов России, что ведет к упадку городов в целом.

С точки зрения инфраструктуры, расположение места проектирования в центральной части города, говорит о необходимости средовой организации территории.

На данный момент на территории квартала «С» выделены проблемы: Территория не благоустроена для пешеходов; Часть территории свободна от построек и не благоустроена; Нехватка озеленения в прибрежной территории; Малое количество уличных источников света; Объекты на территории проектирования обособлены. Такие условия не отвечают требованиям качественной и комфортной среды. Именно поэтому организация общественных пространств, способствующих повышению уровня комфорта и социальной жизни, является ключевым фактором для улучшения качества городской среды.

Реализация данного проекта позволит сохранить и увеличить количество зеленых зон, повысить качество жизни жителей, увеличить количество общественных пространств в городе и создать всесезонное места отдыха.

Проект содержит: пояснительную записку на 48 листе; иллюстративное приложение; проектную часть на трех выставочных планшетах формата 1400*1000, включающую в себя схемы, чертежи, 3-D визуализации, компьютерную презентацию.

Проектная часть работы выполнена в связке 3D-модели, созданной в «SketchUp 2022» и программы для пост-обработки «Lumion 12.5» и «Adobe Photoshop 2022», чертежи сделаны в «AutoCAD 2024», презентационные планшеты собраны в «Adobe Illustrator 2023», пояснительная записка создана в «Microsoft Word 2018».

PROJECT OF ENVIRONMENT ORGANIZATION OF PUBLIC-BUSINESS ZONE ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE CITY OF NIZHNEVARTOVSK

The objective of the project is to implement comprehensive environmental solutions in order to enhance the quality of life in the neighborhood “C” in the city of Nizhnevartovsk. The project is designed to address the current challenges and transform the area into a green zone that can be used for recreation and active leisure pursuits. Ultimately, the project will result in a multifunctional improvement of the territory that will be suitable for year-round use by the citizens.

The objective of the improvement of neighborhood “C” in the city of Nizhnevartovsk is to address pressing issues related to inadequate infrastructure development and the non-adaptation of urban space to the harsh climatic conditions of the northern region. Consequently, there is a net outflow of population from the northern regions of Russia, which has a detrimental effect on the urban environment.

From an infrastructural perspective, the project site's central location within the city indicates a need for a medium-scale territorial organization.

At present, the issues are concentrated in the C neighborhood:

The territory lacks landscaping for pedestrians; A portion of the territory is devoid of buildings and is not landscaped; The riparian area is under-landscaped; The number of street light sources is insufficient; The facilities within the project area are detached.

Such conditions fail to meet the requirements of a quality and comfortable environment. Consequently, the organization of public spaces that contribute to the level of comfort and social life is a crucial factor in improving the quality of the urban environment.

The implementation of this project will preserve and increase the number of green areas, improve the quality of life of residents, increase the number of public spaces in the city and create all-season recreation places.
