The article considers the social network space of public communications as an field for the interaction of various groups of stakeholders who are ready to decide and act in the interests of society. At the theoretical level, the authors reveal the importance and prospects of organizing the interaction of stakeholders in social media to solve socially significant problems, and as well as in practice they present the results of an expert survey, within the framework of which it was possible to identify various groups of stakeholders of the public administration system, see the differentiation of their interests, the relationship built between them, their role in the process of interaction in social media, and obstacles to this interaction. Among the important results of an expert survey the authors note the opinion that social media contribute to the self-organization of stakeholders in solving problems affecting the local community; help to hold officials accountable, perhaps because of the possibility of criticism of their activities in the social network public space; informing stakeholders with feedback elements make the dominant way to interact. The authors conclude that despite attempts to combine the efforts of stakeholders in the socionetwork space, it is impossible to fully identify their subjectivity. There also remains the problem of organizing the moderation of community consolidation processes in solving socially significant problems, since at present there are no full-fledged mechanisms for the interaction of power and society both when identifying social problems and in the process of developing and implementing management decisions.en_GB
