Business incubator as a tool to support and develop start-ups

Abstract

В современном мире стартапы играют важную роль в формировании инновационного потенциала стран, особенно в условиях развития технологий и искусственного интеллекта. Россия также ориентирована на инновационное развитие, что подтверждают соответствующие нормативно-правовые акты. Для этого создана инновационная инфраструктура, включающая в себя бизнес-инкубаторы, венчурные фонды, бизнес-акселераторы и другие организации. В рамках выпускной квалификационной работы исследуется деятельность бизнес-инкубаторов, как важнейшего субъекта поддержки стартапов. В России насчитывается более 500 бизнес-инкубаторов, исследование работы которых позволит совершенствовать их деятельность и повышать эффективность инновационной деятельности. Целью работы является совершенствование деятельности бизнес-инкубатора, как важного субъекта поддержки стартапов. Задачи включают в себя выявление особенностей стартапов и их форм поддержки, проведение сравнительного анализа работы бизнес-инкубаторов в России и за рубежом, определение роли бизнес-инкубаторов на этапе «долины смерти», оценку влияния бизнес-инкубатора на стартапы и разработку универсального алгоритма работы со стартапами. В ходе работы было проведено исследование удовлетворенности резидентов Бизнес-инкубатора «Ингрия» предоставляемыми услугами. Результаты показали, что меры поддержки не полностью соответствуют потребностям стартапов. На основании полученных данных и зарубежного опыта был разработан универсальный алгоритм работы со стартапами для российских Бизнес-инкубаторов, имеющий научную значимость. Теоретическая значимость работы заключается в расширении теоретической базы инновационной экосистемы, а практическая значимость - в возможности улучшения деятельности Бизнес-инкубатора «Ингрия» и предоставлении рекомендаций стартапам по выбору источника финансирования и преодолению «долины смерти». Результатом работы является универсальный алгоритм работы со стартапами для российских бизнес-инкубаторов.

In the modern world, startups play an important role in shaping the innovative potential of countries, especially in the context of the development of technology and artificial intelligence. Russia is also focused on innovative development, which is confirmed by the relevant regulatory legal acts. For this, an innovative infrastructure has been created, which includes business incubators, venture funds, business accelerators and other organizations. As part of the final qualifying work, the activities of business incubators are studied as the most important subject for supporting start-ups. There are more than 500 business incubators in Russia, the study of which will improve their activities and increase the effectiveness of innovation. The purpose of the work is to improve the activities of the business incubator, as an important subject for supporting start-ups. The tasks include identifying the features of startups and their forms of support, conducting a comparative analysis of the work of business incubators in Russia and abroad, determining the role of business incubators at the “death valley” stage, assessing the impact of a business incubator on startups and developing a universal algorithm for working with startups. In the course of the work, a study was conducted on the satisfaction of residents of the Ingria Business Incubator with the services provided. The results showed that support measures do not fully meet the needs of start-ups. Based on the data obtained and foreign experience, a universal algorithm for working with startups for Russian Business Incubators has been developed, which has scientific significance. The theoretical significance of the work lies in expanding the theoretical base of the innovation ecosystem, and the practical significance lies in the possibility of improving the activities of the Ingria Business Incubator and providing recommendations to startups on choosing a source of funding and overcoming the "valley of death". The result of the work is a universal algorithm for working with startups for Russian business incubators.
