Development of the Russian market of government securities

Abstract

Выпускная квалификационная работа посвящена проблеме развития российского рынка государственных ценных бумаг. Целью работы является выявление перспективных направлений развития российского рынка государственных ценных бумаг. В работе раскрывается высокая значимость рынка государственных ценных бумаг для развития экономики, национального финансового рынка и формирования мирового финансового центра в России. В выпускной квалификационной работе проведен SWOT-анализ российского рынка государственных ценных бумаг, на основании которого выявлены проблемы и особенности рынка, возможные перспективные направления развития. Также для достижения поставленной цели была проанализирована сложившаяся ситуация на рынке госбумаг и его текущее положение, установлена роль рынка в регулировании финансового рынка, изучена история формирования российского долгового рынка, рассмотрена мировая практика организации рынка государственных ценных бумаг на примере США. Работа состоит из двух глав, введения, заключения и списка использованных источников. Во введении определены актуальность темы, цели и задачи, поставленные в работе, объект и предмет исследования. В заключении, сделаны выводы о проделанной работе и подведен итог исследованию. В работе использовано 5 таблиц и 14 рисунков. Список использованной литературы содержит 53 источника. Общий объем выпускной квалификационной работы составляет 55 страниц.

Final qualifying work is devoted to the development of Russian market of government securities. The goal is to identify promising areas of development of Russian market of government securities. The document reveals the high value of the government securities market for economic development, the national financial market and the formation of an international financial center in Russia. In the final qualifying work SWOT-analysis of the Russian market of government securities was carried out, on this basis were identified the problems and peculiarities of the market and possible prospects for development. Also, the situation in the market of government securities and its current position was analyzed and the market role in the regulation of the financial market was set. We studied the history of the formation of the Russian debt market, considered the world practice the organization of the government securities market in the example of United States. The work consists of two chapters, introduction, conclusion and list of references. The relevance of identified themes, goals and objectives set in the work, the object and subject of study are presented in the introduction. Final chapter contains the conclusions on the work and outcome of the study. 5 tables and 14 figures are used. The bibliography list contains 53 sources. The total amount of final qualifying work is 55 pages.
