Construction of medical images

Abstract

В данной выпускной квалификационной работе рассматривается проблема построения поперечного среза тела человека с помощью преобразования среза из атласа стандартных анатомий в соответствии с реальным контуром тела пациента. Работа состоит из трех частей. В первой части работы описываются основные методы построения медицинских изображений, рассматриваются плюсы и минусы их использования. Во второй части излагается метод упругой пленки для построения среза тела пациента и предлагается алгоритм решения поставленной задачи. Третья часть работы содержит сведения о программной реализации алгоритма, предложенного ранее.

In this bachelor thesis, we consider the problem of constructing a cross section anatomy of human body by converting section from standard anatomy atlas in accordance with the actual contour of the patient's body. The thesis is divided in three major parts. In the first part of the thesis, we describe some basic methods of construction of medical images and examine the advantages and disadvantages of using them. In the second part, we present the method of elastic membrane to construct the cross section of body of the patient and propose algorithm to solve this problem. The third part contains information about the software implementation of the algorithm proposed earlier.
