Features of the social and role structure of an esports team: a sociological analysis

Abstract

АННОТАЦИЯ на выпускную квалификационную работу по направлению бакалавриата 39.03.01 Социологические исследования в цифровом обществе «ОСОБЕННОСТИ СОЦИАЛЬНО-РОЛЕВОЙ СТРУКТУРЫ КИБЕРСПОРТИВНОЙ КОМАНДЫ «COUNTER-STRIKE:GLOBAL OFFENSIVE» - СОЦИОЛОГИЧЕСКИЙ АНАЛИЗ» студента 4 курса бакалавриата очного отделения кафедры социального анализа и математических методов в социологии факультета социологии СПбГУ ШЕХВАТОВА САВВЫ СЕРГЕЕВИЧА Выпускная квалификационная работа «Особенности социально-ролевой структуры киберспортивной команды «COUNTER-STRIKE:GLOBAL OFFENSIVE» - социологический анализ» является крайне актуальной в современной цифровой реальности. Трансформация привычного понимания спорта связана не только с переходом игр в онлайн-формат, но и с изменением социально-ролевой структурой спортивных команд. Эмпирическое исследование базируется на сборе данных о динамике командной игры, взаимодействии участников, организации и разделении ролей между ними, анализе практик и коммуникационных стратегий, используемых игроками на основе современных теорий социальных групп. В результате исследования были выявлены особенности киберспортивной социально-ролевой структуры, включая специфические роли и задачи участников команды, а также способы их взаимодействия, что может быть полезным для развития и оптимизации процесса командной игры в контексте киберспортивных мероприятий.

The transformation of the usual understanding of sports is associated not only with the transition of games to an online format, but also with a change in the social and role structure of sports teams. The empirical research is based on the collection of data on the dynamics of a team game, the interaction of participants, the organization and division of roles between them, the analysis of practices and communication strategies used by players based on modern theories of social groups. As a result of the study, the features of the esports social and role structure were identified, including the specific roles and tasks of the team members, as well as the ways of their interaction, which can be useful for the development and optimization of the team game process in the context of esports events.
