Youth associations as a subject of the state youth policy of the Russian Federation

Abstract

Выпускная квалификационная работа представляет собой исследование, посвящённое вопросам влияния молодежных объединений на становление личности в ключе профессиональной деятельности и формирования навыков для будущей жизни. В соответствии поставленными задачами в ходе исследования было проведено анкетирование и глубинное интервью с представителями различных категорий молодежи.

В результате проведенного исследования автором были сделаны следующие выводы: 1) Накопления социального опыта у молодых граждан России – важный аспект будущего развития личности. 2) С точки зрения международной повестки, в текущих условиях развития геополитической ситуации особенно важно вкладываться в развитие молодежной аудитории. Основной целью государственной молодёжной политики является формирование базовых условий для всецелой реализации и развития возможностей, потенций и способностей молодёжи и всего поколения не столько для своих собственных социальных интересов, но и в интересах всего социума. 3) Участие молодых людей в деятельности молодежных объединений имеет значительную роль в формировании навыков и профессионального опыта. Молодежные объединения в целом - важнейший субъект государственной молодежной политики.

The final qualifying work is a study devoted to the issues of the influence of youth associations on the formation of personality in the key of professional activity and the formation of skills for future life. In accordance with the tasks set, the survey and in-depth interviews with representatives of various categories of youth were conducted during the study.

As a result of the conducted research , the author made the following conclusions: 1) The accumulation of social experience among young citizens of Russia is an important aspect of the future development of personality. 2) From the point of view of the international agenda, in the current conditions of the development of the geopolitical situation, it is especially important to invest in the development of the youth audience. The main goal of the state youth policy is the formation of basic conditions for the full realization and development of opportunities, potentials and abilities of youth and the whole generation, not so much for their own social interests, but also in the interests of the whole society. 3) The participation of young people in the activities of youth associations has a significant role in the formation of skills and professional experience. Youth associations as a whole are the most important subject of the state youth policy.
