Designing advertising and graphics support for the "History in Feathers" exhibition

Abstract

Центр проекта это логотипы, на двух языках. Они подчёркивают одновременно схожесть и различие двух культур. Каллиграфия создаёт главный образ выставки, и узнаётся издалека, на каком бы языке не было написано название. На афишах логотип можно дополнять иллюстрациями из книг, или перьями из коллекции. Узнаваемый стиль от этого не меняется. Кроме этого разработаны выставочные плакаты для экспозиции, они рассказывают про перья и являются частью выставки. Они сделаны в контрастном чёрном цвете, чтобы подчеркнуть красоту металлических перьев. Кроме того, на этой выставке также книги по классической каллиграфии из Китая, и я, также, хочу поделиться этими историческими и культурными книгами с другими китайскими студентами.

The centre of the project is the logo in both languages. They emphasize the similarities and differences between the two cultures at the same time. Calligraphy creates the main image of the exhibition and is recognized from a distance, no matter what language the name is written in. On posters, logos can complement illustrations from books, or feathers from collections. Recognizable styles don't change from here. In addition, exhibition posters were developed for the fair, which tell about feathers and are part of the exhibition. They are made in contrasting black to emphasize the beauty of the metallic feathers. In addition, there are classical calligraphy books from China in this exhibition, and I also want to share these historical and cultural books with other Chinese students.
