Проект содержит: пояснительную записку на 37 листах; иллюстративное приложение на 13 листах; проектную часть на одном выставочном планшете формата 1400*3000 включающую в себя схемы, чертежи, 3-D визуализации, компьютерную презентацию. 1. Актуальность работы обусловлена активным развитием физкультурно-оздоровительных комплексов в Санкт-Петербурге, а также заинтересованностью администрации Курортного района в реконструкции заброшенного объекта клуба-столовой. 2. Цель работы: реконструкция здания “Клуб-столовая” в поселке Репино с целью формирования физкультурно-оздоровительного комплекса. 3. Задачи работы: проанализировать место расположения; проанализировать архитектурно-пространственное решение здания бывшего клуба-столовой; проанализировать ландшафтную ситуацию на прилегающей территории; проанализировать особенности формирования физкультурно-оздоровительных комплексов (мировой опыт, опыт России); выявить основные требования к организации физкультурно-оздоровительных комплексов; выявить потенциал здания бывшего клуба-столовой для создания там физкультурно-оздоровительного комплекса; предложить функциональное зонирование и сценарное решение; разработать архитектурно-планировочное решение; предложить средства реализации (дизайн среды, ландшафтный дизайн, художественное решение). 3.1. Изученный материал и структура пояснительной записки. В ходе выполнения дипломного проекта, был проведен анализ территории и проанализирован мировой и отечественный опыт создания физкультурно-оздоровительных комплексов. Пояснительная записка состоит из введения, где выявлены проблемы, формируются цель и задачи, трех глав и заключения. В первой главе описываются общая характеристика, физкультурно-оздоровительный потенциал, архитектурно-пространственное решение здания бывшего клуба-столовой. Во второй главе проводится комплексный анализ формирования мировых и отечественных физкультурно-оздоровительных комплексов и анализируются требования к их организации. Третья глава посвящена описанию концепции проекта, функциональному зонированию, архитектурно-планировочному решению. В приложение указан список литературы и электронных ресурсов, включающих в себя 24 источника. 4. Разработанные проектные предложения. Проект физкультурно-оздоровительного комплекса в Репино основан на результатах анализа объекта и перспектив развития. На основании полученной информации разработана концепция проекта-реконструкции физкультурно-оздоровительного комплекса с целью создания комфортной среды для отдыха и занятий спортом. Модернизация существующий планировки объекта под новое функциональное назначение позволила разработать полноценный проект трехэтажного физкультурно-оздоровительного комплекса. Создание новой ландшафтной среды, с учетом сохранения природного ландшафта позволило повысить качество и внешний облик территории. 5. Краткое описание методик, технологий и программного обеспечения, используемого при подготовке к ВКР. Проектная часть работы выполнена в 3D-модели, созданной в «SketchUp 2021» и «SketchUp V-Ray 2021», Lumion 10.0.1.; чертежи сделаны в «AutoCAD 2021», верстка презентационных планшетов и компоновка собрана в «Adobe Photoshop CS7», «Adobe Illustrator CC 2019», пояснительная записка создана в «Microsoft Word 2020».

The project contains: explanatory note on 37 sheets; illustrative application on 13 sheets; project part on an exhibition board of format 1400*3000 including schemes, drawings, 3-D visualization, computer presentation. 1. The relevance of the work is conditioned by active development of physical culture and recreation complexes in St. Petersburg as well as by the interest of administration of Kurortny district in reconstruction of the abandoned object of the club-dining-hall. 2. Purpose of work: reconstruction of the building "Club-dining hall" in the village of Repino in order to form a sportive and health-improving complex. 3. Objectives of work: To analyze the location; To analyze the architectural and spatial decision of a former club-dining-hall building; To analyze the landscape situation on the adjoining territory; To analyze specific features of sport and recreation complexes (world experience, experience of Russia); To identify the main requirements for the organization of sports and recreation complexes; To identify the potential of a former club-dining hall building to reform it into a sportive and health-improving complex; To propose a functional zoning and scenario solution; To develop an architectural and planning solution; To propose the means of implementation (environmental design, landscape design, artistic solution).

3.1 The studied material and structure of the explanatory note. During the work on the diploma project, the territory was analyzed and both, world and domestic experiences of creating sportive and recreation complexes was studied. The explanatory note consists of an introduction, where the problems are identified and the goal and objectives are formed, three main chapters and the conclusion. The first chapter describes the general characteristics, the physical culture and health care potential of the place, the architectural and spatial solution of the former club-dining hall building. The second chapter provides a comprehensive analysis of the formation of global and domestic fitness complexes and analyses the requirements for their organisation. The third chapter is devoted to the description of the concept of the project, functional zoning, architectural and planning solutions. The annex contains a list of literature and electronic resources, including 24 sources.

4. Developed design proposals. The project of the fitness and health complex in Repino is based on the data acquired from the analysis of the object and of its prospects of development. On the basis of the obtained information, the concept of the project-reconstruction of sportive and recreational complex has been developed in order to create a comfortable environment for recreation and sports activities. Modernization of the existing layout of the object for a new functional purpose makes it possible to develop a complete project of a three-storey sports and recreation complex. The creation of a new landscape environment, taking into account the preservation of the natural landscape, improvement of the quality and appearance of the area.

5. Brief description of methods, technologies and software used in the preparation of the thesis. The design part of the work is made in 3D-models, created in "SketchUp 2021" and "SketchUp V-Ray 2021", Lumion 10.0. 1; the drawings are made in "AutoCAD 2021", the layout of presentation tablets and composition are made in "Adobe Photoshop CS7", "Adobe Illustrator CC 2019", the explanatory note is created in "Microsoft Word 2020".
