Integrated development for the environment of the residential area in Kaifeng, China

Abstract

1.Актуальность: 1) Запросы от Народного правительства Кайфэна и Бюро природных ресурсов и планирования города Кайфэна 2) Запрос от Бюро жилищного строительства и городского и сельского развития города Кайфэн 3) Запрос от ООО “ Пекин ZUOYOUYIZHAI Украшение Инжиниринг ” 4) Реконструкция старого города является важной частью улучшения внешнего вида города.

2.Цель проекта Разработать концепцию планировочного и средового решения квартала, используя потенциал ландшафтного контекста, с учётом требований комфортности современных жилых кварталов.

3.Задачи работы: Анализ текущего состояния города и участка проектирования. Изучение целевой аудитории. Выбор и анализ аналогов. Разработка дизайнерских решений, исходя из потребностей целевой аудитории.

4.Краткое описание работы. В последние годы индустрия недвижимости Китая быстро развивалась, демонстрируя типичные характеристики быстрорастущих отраслей.Вступая в 21 век, Китай продолжает рассматривать устойчивое развитие как одну из основных стратегий социального развития.Как важную отрасль в национальной экономике , индустрия недвижимости очень важная часть. Чтобы продвигать и направлять сочетание города и устойчивого развития индустрии недвижимости, современный жилой квартал является лучшей формой для реализации этого сочетания. Строительство современных жилых кварталов способствует не только повышению качества и уровня жизни городских жителей, но и улучшению внешнего вида города, что в конечном итоге может способствовать здоровому развитию города. Кайфэн - очень известный город в Китае. Однако в процессе модернизации в последние годы развитие Кайфэна отстало.Большие старые здания в старом городе препятствуют развитию города.Поэтому муниципальное правительство Кайфэна приняло решение о развитии старый город и развивать туризм, культуру и экономику. В данной статье анализируется весь процесс развития и строительства жилого квартала у озера Баогонг в старом городе города Кайфэн со следующих аспектов: Во-первых, анализируются текущие цели развития Кайфэна, градостроительство, инфраструктура, целевая аудитория и ее потребности, историческое значение Кайфэна и природные условия. Во-вторых, начиная со всего процесса строительства жилого квартала, в статье анализируются примеры квартальной комплексной застройки в Кайфыне и других городах и странах, а также потребности планирования строительства объектов общественного назначения и озеленения в жилом квартале. Наконец, в этом документе представлены решения для строительства жилых кварталов, включая функциональное зонирование, планирование дорог, общественных зон, пространственное планирование жилых зданий и планирование озеленения, а также рекомендации по процессу строительства.

5. Краткое описание методик, технологий и программного обеспечения, используемого при подготовке к ВДП. Проектная часть работы выполнена в 3D-модели, созданной в «SketchUp 2020» и «Lumion 10.0», чертежи сделаны в «AutoCAD 2020», верстка презентационных планшетов и компоновка собрана в «Adobe Photoshop CC 2019», «Adobe Illustrator 2021», пояснительная записка создана в «WPS Office 11.1.0».

4. Brief description of the work. In recent years, China's real estate industry has developed rapidly, showing the typical characteristics of fast-growing industries. Entering the 21st century, China continues to regard sustainable development as one of the main social development strategies. As an important industry in the national economy, the real estate industry is a very important part. In order to promote and guide the combination of the city and the sustainable development of the real estate industry, the modern residential quarter is the best form to realize this combination. The construction of modern residential neighborhoods contributes not only to improving the quality and standard of living of urban residents, but also to improving the appearance of the city, which ultimately can contribute to the healthy development of the city. Kaifeng is a very famous city in China. However, in the process of modernization in recent years, Kaifeng's development has lagged behind. Large old buildings in the old city hinder the development of the city. Therefore, the Kaifeng municipal government decided to develop the old city and develop tourism, culture and economy. This article analyzes the whole development and construction process of Baogong Lake Residential Area in Kaifeng Old Town from the following aspects: First, Kaifeng's current development goals, urban development, infrastructure, target audience and its needs, Kaifeng's historical significance, and natural conditions are analyzed. Secondly, starting from the entire process of building a residential area, the article analyzes examples of block complex development in Kaifeng and other cities and countries, as well as the planning needs for the construction of public facilities and landscaping in a residential area. Finally, this paper presents residential building solutions, including functional zoning, road planning, public space planning, residential spatial planning, and landscaping planning, as well as guidelines for the construction process.

5. A brief description of the methods, technologies and software used in the preparation for the VDP. The design part of the work was done in a 3D model created in SketchUp 2020 and Lumion 10.0, the drawings were made in AutoCAD 2020, layout of presentation tablets and layout were assembled in Adobe Photoshop CC 2019, Adobe Illustrator 2021, explanatory the note was created in "WPS Office 11.1.0".
