1. Актуальность работы (запросы от архитектурного отдела Администрации города Ижевска и Администрации Устиновского района) обусловлена нехваткой природных рекреационных зон в периферийной части г. Ижевска, необходимостью сформулировать вектор развития облика Устиновского района.

2. Цель работы: средовая организация территории лога в Устиновском районе города Ижевска средствами дизайна с учетом сохранения сложившегося зеленого каркаса.

3. Задачи работы: • Выявить культурную и природную специфику места проектирования; • предложить сценарное программирование территории лога с учетом ландшафтных особенностей, образа и потребностей целевой аудитории; • разработать проектное решение территории с учетом сохранения растительного каркаса и русла реки.

4. Краткое описание работы.

4.1. Изученный материал и структура пояснительной записки. В ходе выполнения дипломного проекта, был проведен анализ территории и проанализирован мировой опыт развития общественных пространств. В введении выявлены проблемы, сформулированы цель и задачи. В первой главе описываются климатические, геологические, рельефные, исторические сведения о территории, инфраструктура места проектирования, актуальное состояние лога, состав и потребности целевой аудитории, сложившийся пользовательский сценарий. Вторая глава посвящена комплексному анализу мирового опыта развития общественных пространств: дизайн-проекты в условиях сложного рельефа, водоемов и родников, современные рекреационные зоны, а также примеры сценарного моделирования территории. Третья глава описывает концепцию проекта, сценарное программирование среды, функциональное наполнение территории и объемно-пространственную композицию. Пояснительную записку завершает список использованных при работе печатных изданий и электронных ресурсов, включающий в себя 32 источника.

4.2. Разработанные проектные предложения. Проект лесопарковой зоны на территории лога иллюстрирует поэму Удмуртского поэта Михаила Петрова «Италмас». Проект состоит из разработанного маршрута, основанного на принципах сторителлинга, и имеет несколько тематических зон, объединённых общей средовой концепцией. Словосочетание «Поэтический лес», сформулированное на основе архитектурного и ландшафтного контекста лога, стало названием всего проекта. Образное решение территории определяет вектор развития облика района, привлекает внимание местных жителей и туристов. Проектом предлагается создание многофункционального общественного пространства на территории лога. Толерантное развитие существующей дорожной сети, работа со сложившимся рельефом и особое оформление зоны родника подчеркнет природную специфику места. С точки зрения пространственной и средовой организации, основной идеей проекта становится сценарное программирование территории. Тематический средовой рассказ наполнит пейзажи новыми смыслами. Оформление «Поэтического леса» акцентирует внимание на специфике народной жизни Удмуртов. Орнаментальные мотивы встречаются в форме и цвете элементов оборудования, инертных покрытий и растительных композиций. Национальный дизайн-код республики сформирует аутентичность места и подчеркнет этническую индивидуальность.

5. Краткое описание методик, технологий и программного обеспечения, используемого при подготовке к ВКР. Проектная часть работы выполнена в 3D-модели, созданной в «SketchUp Pro 2020», «3ds Max 2021» и «Lumion 10.3.2», чертежи сделаны в «AutoCAD 2021», верстка презентационных планшетов и компоновка собрана в «Adobe Photoshop 2020», пояснительная записка создана в «Microsoft Word 2020». Презентация подготовлена в «Microsoft PowerPoint 2020».

1. The relevance of the work is based on the request from the architectural department of the Administration of the city of Izhevsk and the request from the Administration of the Ustinovsky district. It is due to the lack of natural recreational areas in the peripheral part of the city, and the need to formulate a vector for the development of the appearance of the district.

2. The purpose of the work: environmental organization of the dry valley territory in the Ustinovsky district in the city of Izhevsk by means of design, taking into account the preservation of the existing plant frame.

3. Tasks of the work: • to identify the cultural and natural specifics of the design site; • to offer scenario modeling of the dry valley territory taking into account landscape features, imagery and needs of the target audience; • to develop a design solution of the territory taking into account the preservation of the plant frame and the riverbed.

4. Brief description of the work.

4.1. The studied material and the structure of the explanatory note. During the implementation of the diploma project there was an analysis of the territory carried out and the world experience in the development of public spaces analyzed. The introduction concludes identified problems, formulated goals and tasks. The first chapter describes climatic, geological, relief, historical information about the territory, the infrastructure of the design site, the current state of the dry valley, the composition and needs of the target audience, the existing user scenario. The second chapter is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the world experience in the development of public spaces, such as design projects in conditions of difficult terrain, reservoirs and springs, modern recreational areas, examples of scenario modeling. The third chapter describes the concept of the project, scenario programming of the forest park, functional content of the territory and spatial composition. The explanatory note is completed with the list of printed publications and electronic resources used during the work, which includes 32 sources.

4.2. Developed project proposals. The project of a forest park on the territory of the dry valley illustrates the Udmurt poet Mikhail Petrov’s poem "Italmas". The project consists of a developed route that is subject to the storytelling principles. It has several thematic areas that are united with general environmental concept. Phrase «Poetic forest» based on architectural and landscape context became the name of the project. The conceptual solution of the territory determines the vector of development of the appearance of the district, attracts the attention of local residents and tourists. The project proposes the creation of a multifunctional public space on the territory of the dry valley. The tolerant development of the existing road network, work with the existing relief and the special design of the spring zone will emphasize the natural specifics of the place. According to the environmental organization, the main idea of the project is the scenario programming of the territory. A thematic environmental story will fill the landscapes with new meanings. The design of the "Poetic Forest" focuses on the specifics of the Udmurt people's life. Ornamental motives appear in the shape and color of equipment elements, inert coatings and plant compositions. The national design code of the republic will form the authenticity of the place and emphasize the ethnic identity.

5. A brief description of the techniques, technologies and software used in preparation for the GTP. The design part of the work was done in a 3D model created with "SketchUp Pro 2020", "3ds Max 2021" and "Lumion 10.3.2", drawings were made with "AutoCAD 2021", typesetting of presentation tablets and layout were assembled with "Adobe Photoshop 2020", explanatory note was created with "Microsoft Word 2020". The project presentation was prepared with "Microsoft PowerPoint 2020".
